What lessons did you learn from previous leadership positions?:
By keeping in touch, showing genuine concern, and brining people together gets everyone going in the same direction.

Why do you want to serve as a District leader?:
To apply my learning and skills beyond my comfort zone. I hold a title in the organisation for which I get heard, at the club I know most of them personally and I get heard. As a servant leader for a large non- profit club, I need to apply the bet of the soft-skills to move people along.

In your opinion, what are the District mission’s major objectives and how would you work to achieve them?:
EASY
Engaging Toastmasters meetings: Work with PQD and ADs in tandem and further club presidents to ensure they plan quality meetings for every meeting. That’s how guests that come become members and our fraternity increases.
Area Director First: Work with the area directors to get every club in their area to plan an amazing Club Success Plan and help them drive it for their Area Success Plan.
Sensational Contests: Help the club leaders and ADs plan for successful contest season and a culminating in the Division contest.
Yay! We all celebrate.
