sponsor ship for 80 member in toastmasters
EZ learn coach in 2021 but it was uncompleted because it was in the last 4 months of the year

Relevant work experience and how it relates to Toastmasters and your role as a District Leader:
I have honed my leadership skills by managing a team responsible for the loading of petrochemical products onto vessels. My experience in task allocation, performance evaluation, and adherence to safety and quality standards has equipped me with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards achieving common goals. I believe my experience in managing diverse teams and driving operational efficiency aligns perfectly with the leadership development focus of Toastmasters.
With team work supported with my past experience as club president , to being fully aware of the District mission,
What experience do you have in strategic planning?:
to create a Great team whose working by love and passion for a toastmasters , and increase the division to higher rank as a distinguished division , also to help all of the clubs to do there best as they can with out a hard pushing on them but by supporting them to be a phenomenal clubs and areas
What experience do you have in the area of finance?:
when i was area director in 2019 / 2020 i took a sponsors for my competition
also we have at least 3 events a year
before the toastmasters i had an event organization group to make an expo and it was real helpful for my this experience
even my private projects
What experience do you have in developing procedures?:
i have my experience from this life to face any issues , and find a quick plan to move on and fix this issue .
also when i was in Kuwait Airforce i had a real experience to fix the problems and facing the challenges .
in a toastmasters we faced a lot of issues and challenging as corona and we were one of most powerful club when some clubs closed
we have a lot of challenges . everyday we face it and we succeeded and this a new challenge which also we will succeed and we will reach our goals
What lessons did you learn from previous leadership positions?:
to learn haw to face the challenges
haw to make one team working with love and passion
to be a real leader and hard worker not just a guy who giving orders
to be a number 1 in your team as a worker and you are the first one who take a responsibility for the facts and results
Why do you want to serve as a District leader?:
keep the area as distinguished areas
planning to make a new club
to be a distinguish division
helping a wake clubs
In your opinion, what are the District mission’s major objectives and how would you work to achieve them?:
to make his areas distinguished and helping his clubs to be the best
and this not will happen if we don’t have a great team work and passion beside the great plan
Additional Information about yourself:
I have approximately 35 certificates in self-building and development, the arts of dealing with others, in addition to the arts of leadership and creative solutions to confront problems, organizing and managing time and the single team, and the differences between management and leadership.
