I’ve conducted 80+ Pathways sessions, creating impactful programs and fostering club growth. My vision: empower clubs, prioritize members, and build a united community. From my experience and observation as a trio member, member retention will be my top priority. I plan to ensure excellence in mentorship and development planning and training, with emphasis on the practical component, while using engaging, entertaining and creative tools for learning.
