I am DTM Roshan Lewis, nominated for 2025-2026 Program Quality Director, I bring extensive experience, serving since 2018 with three DTMs. My leadership spans club to regional levels, driving positive change. I’ve conducted 80+ Pathways sessions, creating impactful programs and fostering club growth. My vision: empower clubs, prioritize members, and build a united community. -In my corporate roles I had an opportunity to be a part of Policy management

What lessons did you learn from previous leadership positions?:
– Leadership is not a position but a responsibility.
– As a leader, always develop your teams and work with them as a team.

Why do you want to serve as a District leader?:
– As soon a s I joined TI community i saw the opportunity to serve as leader.So i took the leadership journey very passionately
-Serving TI community is one of the core values so as a district leader I will get an opportunity to show this core value
-Being pasionate trainer I always felt education excellence is very essential to develop members,club,Area, Division and district.So I understand that PQD is the best post which meets my passion.
– District Leadership will provide me the best platform for wider support and growth opportunities for district 20 and its members and in addition we (as district 20) could also contribute more to our region.
– As per the TI requirements and qualifications for District PQD role’s eligibility, I do find myself eligible to apply for District director role and I am proudly volunteering for the same.

In your opinion, what are the District mission’s major objectives and how would you work to achieve them?:
Membership Growth: Increasing the number of members across all clubs in the district. This can be achieved through effective club officer training, new club development initiatives, and targeted recruitment campaigns.
Club Excellence: Ensuring that all clubs within the district provide a high-quality learning experience for their members. This can be achieved through regular club officer training, mentorship programs, and the provision of resources and support to clubs.
Member Development: Fostering the growth and development of individual members through the provision of educational resources, leadership opportunities, and support for achieving educational goals. This can be achieved through workshops, contests, and the promotion of the Toastmasters education program.
Community Engagement: Increasing the visibility and impact of Toastmasters in the local community through public speaking events, community service projects, and partnerships with other organizations. This can be achieved through the promotion of Toastmasters events, collaboration with local businesses and schools, and the development of community outreach programs.
Leadership Development: Providing opportunities for members to develop their leadership skills through club officer roles, district leadership positions, and leadership development programs. This can be achieved through the creation of leadership development pathways, mentorship programs, and the provision of training and resources for leaders.
